Hi, I have 6 - 7 years of experience in recruitment and completed my PGDHRM from NMIMS through distance learning. I was only getting jobs in recruitment agencies which I was not interested. From past one year, I have been employed by a company and managing their admin & HR function. I have learned HR software and managing attendance, leaves, salary through software and other compliances like PF etc.
I would like to know that which courses should I pursue further as this is my first job in a generalist role. I would like to expand my learning to get better opportunities in HR.
Please guide me.

Rather than looking for courses you better explore all the duties of HR step by step & implement in the existing organisation.
