Hello All,

we would like to know the benefits if employee got an accident during in the middle of Hotel to Office.

1.Manager/Head forcefully sent to office.

2.Manager is doing the threatening like if you will not join night shift then we will fire you.

3 Forcefully Manager,s said do it night shift according to company demands.

4 Due to night shift jobs i got an accident and my right hand fractured.

5 Doctor said its temporary disabled for right hand because right hand movement is restricted.

6 Employer is not taking any responsibility and due to my injury they are trying to terminate me. If they terminate me then survival is very difficult for me. I have a family with kids.

7.Again they are sending me onsite (customer Location ) in the night time when i requested to employer Managers, they are not listening my voice. They said you need to do the job in the night shifts otherwise we will terminate you. Its customer demand and you must do the job in the night shifts.

8 In the night my injured hand had so much pain.

9 My Physiotherapy is going on and so much money i am paying for physio but hand movement is restricted.I am depressing day by day.

10 Nobody is listening my voice

Kindly suggest please what type of action can i take against my employer and managers because they are treating me like an robot.

What Law can be apply for Temporary disablement.

How much compensation can i claim if i got an temporary disablement.

Were you in hotel on office duty? Did you meet with the accident in normal time it takes to reach office? Are you covered under ESIC? What is nature of your job? Have you written to the company about the accident narrating the circumstances & the medical certificate?
Please provide answers to the queries to be able to guide you.
