Dear All If an employee has worked only one month and left the organisation. Shall I deduct the PF & EPS Contribution or settle his due without deduction of PF & EPS contribution. Please advice.

If an employee is worked and his salary is processed even for a day and if he is covered under PF then it is mandatory to deduct PF contribution from his salary. So do not process without deducting PF amount.
Yes, you should deduct his contributions if he is already a contributing member and has worked for any time period.
