Though HR & Admin,but mostly manual related work you have been handling. Incase you have used any software tools in generating payroll or record maintenance in MS Office that will be good. Statutory Compliance (PF,ESI etc) though outsourced to agents still coordination and understanding the process will add value to you. By learning them activities likes employee relations,compensation management,HR administration skills can be sharpened.

First i would recommend you to get your self updated with the bench mark/basic of all the statutory compliance .Nowadays in many companies the compliance part is outsourced but many companies practices it internally through the HRMS software .
The system are it self capable of generation PF /ESI/LWF and all statutory reports ,Pls check out for an opportunity where you get a hand to work on HRMS system .
