I needed a help in setting up a process in my company which is startup company.And Iam only 1 HR alone in Mumbai corporate who just joined two days before for me am not able to do in a right manner what ever am doing as if it goes like jagraon. i have started with Recruitment 1st but i need expertise advice and suggestion how to do?And from where i shud Strt.

I think you must first understand the Business objective, what all functions a company want to have within the system, how these functions will be linked to each other. How much Manpower cost the Co. wants to incur.
A discussion is required to be carried out with the Authority Person about what he is expecting the per person turnover should be?
A Recruitment calendar should be prepared for 1st Half and second half, budget should be allocated for each position and JD must be prepared.
Along with it, Functional SOPs must be created. So that flow of work is clear to the employer as well as employee.
And then policies are required to be designed.
