I am working in Software Industry.
We have alternate Saturday working (2nd & 4th). So I have 1 Comp-Off (Worked on Holiday). & I want leave on Friday & Monday (Saturday is off).
So My request to HR to consider one day as Leave & other day as comp-off, but as per the Policies the Sand-witch Leave is applicable?
Please guide me.

In my view, the sand witch leave may not be applicable, since compensatory off is not equivalent to leave and thus you are taking leave for one day only which can be either Friday or Monday.
