Hi,
Any course would not help to compete in the market, unless you learn while working practically.
Recruitment has good exposure in large companies for experienced professionals. Still, being a recruiter, it's an advantage if you work in Startups, where you can gain more knowledge on day to day tasks with practice.
Become a member of HR WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn groups, browse Google and even CiteHR to collect study materials.
Asides, try HR certification. This helps to be odd one out for career and its an highlight in your profile.
Thanks,
Arif
