Hi,

My query is that I was working in XYZ Company from October 3rd, 2016, to November 15th, 2016, as an HR executive. I couldn't recruit as many candidates as the company wanted me to, so on November 15th, I worked the whole day. Suddenly, while I was supposed to leave work at 6 p.m., the company's Director called me and told me not to come to work from the very next day. Should I go to the labor court? I was not informed prior to this decision.

Thank you.
