I have checked up that Siddipet dist. falls in Tamil Nadu, hence you need to go through the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947. I have not understood your requirement where you have asked for the list of all states shops and establishment licenses for renewals. Every State has their own Shop & Establishment Act and rules suiting their requirement. All your queries can be answered if you go through the Shop & Establishment Act of your State and rules framed thereunder by them.
