my self haresh sarange i am a HR Executive in last 1 year please give me suggestion employees are completed his 10 years service in one organization but his not completed 60 years of Age & his member of EPF , so tell me he has withdrawal PF total amount after left ,or his sum amount goes to Pension scheme
tell me what happen after his left to organisation .

eg. his basic Rs.10000/ PF Amount goes to 1200 in every month which employee = 1200*10 years =1,44000
Employeer= 1200*10 years =1,44000 + interest
so, how much amount given to his after 10 years from his left

Are you sure, that your calculation is correct? Just check the PF deduction before 1.9.2014 (as the ceiling is Rs. 6,500 at that time). He can check his PF passbook in the UAN Portal to know the estimated withdrawal money.
He need to apply using Form 19 and Form 10 C. In Form 10C, he need to opt for Scheme Certificate. (He can't opt for withdrawal of Pension Amount, as it will get rejected). He should provide the family details and nomination details in the respective column. He will receive Scheme Certificate through post. He need to keep that Scheme Certificate safe till his age of 58 years. During that time, he need to submit this Scheme Certificate to the PF Department.
