I would like to expend my knowledge in terms of Statutory compliance.i m very keen to know about various laws like; Factory act, Minimum Wages act, PF/ESI Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, etc. Kindly put some lights.

Dear Divya,
The " etc " within which you include works out to be as on date as much as 167 approximately including various Central and State Labour Legislations. So it would be better that you take up the Acts one by one, read them thoroughly and inquisitively , for any doubts, refer to the threads already answered in the forum and still you have any more doubts, share them. That would be the proper way of " expanding" your knowledge.

You can do labour law certification program from vskills. Many of those acts are covered in it. Just now i came across that program so putting here if it helps you just in case.
