Hi all, hope you all are doing good!
I am very depressed with my current Job, I need help . please tell me how can I proceed with it .. please guide me.

1. I am btech mba , after 10-15 interviews i was eager to get a job.and i got HR trainee (i am fresher) job after 5-6 months. But they told me that i have to sign 2.5 years of service aggrement (Bond- In which if i leave the company in that 2.5 years of period i had topay rs 1.5 lakhs , with salary of 13000 rs) I needed the job and everything else was fine so i agreed for it initially. now at first the HR was pretending to be very nice and wonderful people and management but now they are showing thier true colours.

2. We are only two people in HR department , me and her (my HR manager). After 1 month of my joining she left for marriage and vacations of 5 months and she told me this thing 10 days before leaving. I felt betrayed but thought its ok.

3. I didnt got any training for how the things work. and i was left with all the 8-9 major openings and day to day work of HR inculding EVERYTHING ! But i thought that let it be , i ll learn by this and did everything researching online and somehow..

4. But as she is back now they (director and HR manager) are showing there true colours and mentally harassing me every other day , saying things indirectly pinpointing etc with no major reason or any issues.
Now i am in a position that i cant leave as of this bond , as i dont have 1.5 lakhs rupees to give and i am not able to handle this mental tourture...i am not happy with this..

5. And if I decide to leave without giving them any resignation or any notice, then my work of all these 7+ months will go waste.. and I cant start again as a fresher because then there will be so much gap
and i am very depressed , please tell me how can i get out of this situation please?? Or any alternative I can work with..I ll be grateful for any help or guidance..

After going through all your points i came to the below conclusions. Please take this as an advice and see if that will work for you.

1) your are there with that company since last 7 months, why dont you talk to your manager on her/his issues....take a suggestion from her and ask what exactly are her expectations. you can only avoid their complains when you will understand the reason for the same. My experience says there must be some gap/expectations.

2) I completely agreed on your points Sheetal, but every coin has 2 faces. Dont just give up...remember those days when you had no job. Try to mitigate the issues. If at all there is no learning and u feel it all waste just come out...

Remember 1 thing - you have 7 months of real time experience...what if it would not be their on paper. you will not be the same as freshers...i am sure by this time you would have got the qualities which can be clearly visible to other companies and will make you different from freshers.

Thanks, Shilpi
