Dear All,

I am working in a firm from last 1 one year. In between i resigned the job due to some personal issues for 3 months. After 3 months i joined back the same organisation. After joining , in first month i took Sick Leave for 6 days but the HR not sanctioned my leave as i am on probation period. After this they cut down my 6 half days salary just for saying that you are late by 1-2 minutes . All the things are acceptable but now still they are not providing me the complete salary description for the deduction on mail and also as per my knowledge they are deducting more part of salary...
If i am asking for complete salary structure than i am not wrong. Total in hand salary for a month is 11000 (PF-943 and ESI-573). than could you pl suggest that how much salary i should get if they deduct for 6 full days and 6 half days. I don't know that this is HR policy or only this particular HR person is not sharing the detials. Even i don't known for deducting half day salary for 1-2 minutes, on what basis they can do all this, whereas after completion of working hours they don't allow us to leave before the task is not completed
Pl suggest what to do ?

What is the leave & attendance policy of the company? Generally companies gives some CL at the probation period.
daily of couple of minutes late they might not deduct the salary. They should have some option as per month if you are exceeding 30mts late then they can deduct the salary
Only if we know the gross salary we can be able to calculate the salary to be received

as what you mentioned, if you rejoin yes you are not eligible for PL till your Probation period get over again, as per my suggestion you should ask for salary slip all diduction will be mentioned there,
Calculation - 11000/30*24= 8800 - PT (200) - PF(943)- ESIC (153) (as per rule it should be 1.75%)
for half day, you should ask HR to clarify all the Late coming policy,

Please to see the suggestions. The company is not providing any salary slip. When i asked to send the details on mail HR person is just shouting on me and said that i will not provide anything on mail. She is showing just manual records for all the thing, still i am not satisfied with her records.
My Salary details are.
