I am new to this site and new in compliance i am looking for your help in below queries.
I am working in IT enable services company and our company is register under "THE OFFICE OF THE REGSISTRAR OF COMPANIES, PUNJAB HIMACHAL PRADESH & CHANDIGARH AT JALANDHAR (UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT 1956)
My queries are:
In which category it falls to check the minimum wages and other labor laws.
in which category it falls to check the attendance register need to maintain in hard copy because presently i am making all records in soft copy in excel sheet.
In statutory compliance what types of documents are need to maintain in hard copy. which required to show in audits.
Presently i am making record in softcopy as well signed hard copy monthly records like salary sheet, ESI and PF contribution, their challan, monthly payment receipt of ESI and PF, attendance, leave records, New joinee and resignee list, Full and final settalment.
