or by way of head hunting

follow up for the interview

Conduct the preliminary interview

In case you are a company employee, you have to prepare application blank & candidate has to fill up the same

shortlist the candidates for next round (after preliminary interview)

There could be an aptitude test

Final round of interview

Salary finalizing

Reference checks

Then the selected candidates will have to submit the documents

Resume

copies of the educational certificates

offer/appointment letters

relieving/experience letter

pass port size photos

Then comes the joining formalities

Providing offer letter stipulating salary and other details

New joinees induction process

The candidate will be reporting for the work
