Infra structure ready and launching in JAN 2016,having 03 OT,recovery/hdu/wards/semi/delux the beds are allotted accordingly.
01)The Selection of staff is done (Clinician/Tech/Nursing Staff etc).
02)I have to arrange for Boarding of staff with below
b)offer letter/appointment letter/checklist/agreement letter
c)Policy to Frame as required in hospital from joining to relieving
d)SOP to frame for department and staff.
e)Training and development(need analysis/performance management/etc)
g)Out Source employee through Agency (Doctors/nurse)tech/support staff/security/canteen)will require their agreement draft and rate master(any obligation in law)
i)Out source employee CTC Breakup(provide me with excel sheet if entered ctc,gross,net pay we get break-up)
j)Comp n Benefits for hospital staff.
k)Rewards and recognition policy
l)KRA / KPA ETC to frame as per the category of staff
