Dear HR Fraternity,

I am going to join a newly established company that undertakes Environment (Wing & Solar) Energy Projects from the Government, i.e., construction/erection. At present, the staff strength is 12 and will be increasing soon as we are getting orders. As I am new to this field, I would like to know what all Statutory Compliance (under HR & Labour Laws) and records need to be maintained. We are planning to have a few workers on the company's roll and also planning to engage contract labor through various labor contractors. Your valuable guidance/feedback will help me to work efficiently.

This inquiry pertains to Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat initially. In Gujarat, our company is in discussions with some firms regarding subcontracting.

Could you also please advise if we need to handle PT and PF separately for all states, for both staff and workers?
