I have completed MBA (HR) and having 3+ years of experience as HR-Coordinator. I wants to do HR course which will help me to grow in my career. Please suggest me what all are the courses will be good and the institutes which provides such courses.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi , What is the necessity of doing any course when you have a masters in HR with experience . Experience can not be a substitute for anything . Regards Rajeev Dixit
Dear Sravanthi
You are from which location?
As Rajeev suggested Experience is better than the training. Ofcourse in some of the organisations there will be limitation in the assignments which is assigned to the employees and might not even get the exposure to learn. But still you can plan for self study.

Sravanthi, After MBA - HR . There are 2 options available
1. Do PGDM -HR from XLRI, IIMs or TISS
2. Go for Certification from SHRM - SCM or SPHR from HRCI
If you want to know more about Certification, Contact me

Hi Prakash, Can you suggest me the best courses hence i have limitations in my current company to grow in HR field. Regards, Sravanthi
Hi Sravanthi,
I am a working as educational counselor from past 5 years. You may apply for below mentioned courses after completion of your MBA course.
Advance Diploma in HR
Doctorate Programs
Kindly mail me your resume so that i can suggest you best course.

Dear Ms. Sravanthi,
As you are having good experience in HR as coordinator. You may upgrade your quality with the HR Diploma under Attitude Management Academy ( We are giving the placement facility too. If you are interested you may send your updated resume @ .
Attitude Management Academy

Dear Sravanthi,
Gaining more & more experience in HR stream with dedication and sincerity, but with application of your own mind, rather than blindly following the intructions of the superiors, is the best advanced course in HR. You need not do any other course. Being HR-Coordinator, you have an ample scope to learn multiple aspects of HRM/ HRD/ HCM/ Leadership.
However, if you are so pertinent in waste of your time in gaining theoretical knowledge, you may take up PhD in Management to earn doctorate in Management opting for some serious topic on HRM for your thesis in partial completion of your degree in PhD. That can give you ample opportunity to make research in Human Resorces/ Human Capital Management/ Organizational Learning/ Knowlege Management, etc., vis-a-vis your own perceptions already gained through your practical experience.

Friends to my knowledge just a MBA IN hr is just not enough
if one has to upgrade in the Hrm field they have to upscale to hr generalist.
whether in hr field or other one has to upscale their skills...
for details you may please call 080 69999354 / 8095667879
