The percentages are a means to say that most of the people leaving are due to the bosses.... The reasons could be any for he being not a suitable boss.... so even if we forget the percentage, we all agree that the one one reason for a person leaving is an unreasonable boss or not so suitable boss....
Though with a positive frame of mind when an employee keeps working one day or other results will flow,its a fact that manager plays a key role in creating an environment where people love to give their personal best.
