As of " the Role of HR Dept. in Call center", covers Recruitment ,Staffing Selection, Attrition Management , Retention Policy, Recreation , Stress management, shift management, etc...
See, Call center People work for US/UK timings. So, they terribly disturb and seems feel them in separate world. Being HR in call center, you need to do some practice/ implement some of the cases , which have mentioned above.
