Yestersday i was terminated by my company, as my company thaught that i m instigating employees to leave company..also my VP said me that he will blacklist me in nasscom because of which i will not be able to get job in any listed conpany ..... Is that true

What is the evidence of the instigation with them? Before termination, did your company conduct the domestic enquiry? Any termination without domestic enquiry is illegal. Provide us more information and other seniors will give you the right advice.
Your termination could be on the grounds of normal employee misconduct. Therefore, no need to worry about getting blacklisted by NASSCOM.
