Can anyone enlighten me on managing entire recruitment cycle with no subscription of or let us hypothetically say shuts down, how would we manage recruiting 100+ resources a month?

Dear Dhyan :
It depends on your requirement level, if you require fresher's than it can be done with tie ups with colleges, training institutes etc.
For experience candidates, you can use free job posting sites, social interacting sites, job fairs, creating your own database, newspaper ads etc. or forward your requirement to placement agencies.
