Thank you so much, friends, for the encouraging words. I have designed it on my own and submitted it to my organization. However, it has not been appreciated yet. I just kept it in my document. But now I feel very proud to have designed it. Once again, thanks, friends, and thanks, citehr.

Hi Yuthika,

Do not worry. Being in HR, we should be prepared for situations like this, and you know that HR people do not work for appreciations. Do not let your motivation level dip. Continue doing the good work and appreciations; other things will follow you.

Best wishes,
Durai

Keep up the Good Work! Tip: It could be improved further if you give some self explanatory notes below the Recruitment Cycle in layman’s language.

Good work. But what if the selected candidate does not join even after multiple follow-ups? It might be better to have backup candidates (shortlisted from the technical panel). This approach will save time and prevent the need for rework.
