why an employer is mentioning one months notice from their end whereas if an employee has to give resignation, he comes under the clause of three months mentioned by employer on letter.
Please suggest the ways wherein there must be equal rules for either parties.
Thanks

{Respected seniors kindly correct me if I’m wrong}
Hi Moon,
There are no rules written in company act to serve resignation period. It is mutual understanding by Employee and employer.
Actually, Employer doesn’t want to hit his work. Because new hiring required time and training also.
All rules are written on Job offer or appointment letter. And they clear all things in HR induction program also.
