Hi,
My company is using a software called EmpXtrack. We used it first time. It proved a good software except some basic glitches, as our team was new to such softwares.
We just did our performance appraisals and the results were good. What ever problems came were resolved by the EmpXtrack representative.
Search Empxtrack on internet and you may find it.
Mind, It is equaly important to search for guaranteed service quality in such software, as they are yet a beta to India.
