Dear Seniors,
I am working on a project focusing on the relationship between salary increments and attrition in the KPO sector. Could you please assist me by providing any relevant documents, valid sources of information, or surveys regarding salary increments in the KPO sector from 2010 onwards? This information is crucial for my research. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hi Anthony, you are working on a project, so it is expected that you conduct research by visiting a few KPOs. I would emphasize to all students the importance of doing the legwork. There is no real learning without putting in the effort for your own benefit.
Utilizing Online Resources
The internet is a valuable resource with many articles on KPOs/BPOs. Conduct your analysis and seek help from HR professionals working with KPOs/BPOs for their insights. Good luck.

I have tried to do this research on my own; it's just that I was not able to find anything consistent that I can validate over the internet with articles. What I need is the projected versus actual salary increment trend that happened in the market. So it would be great if anyone could help me with some survey reports on salary increment in the KPO sector from 2010.
