Please check whether a provision on increment exists in the Model Standing Orders prescribed under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act of your state. If there is a provision, then action can be initiated against the company in the Industrial Tribunal for violation of service conditions. I am presuming that the Act applies to your establishment. Please check that.
