I am facing health and safety issues in our factory, which are causing a lot of problems for audits. How can I train workers for health and safety issues? No safety issues at the factory are solely dependent on HR. There is senior authority, but the expectations are from HR. Generally, we face hazardous issues related to electrical wiring and exit plans. Workers working in the boiler room also require safety measures, etc.
