Hi, I am Smithaa from the HR Division. We have been receiving complaints from our workers that the supervisors are not considering their difficulties while working. For example, if a worker handles cleaning green chilies today, her hands may get inflamed. The following day, the same worker is assigned the same task by the supervisor, despite our instructions to rotate workers. The management is supporting the supervisor in this matter.
