The conduct of Safety Training in an organization, esp. factories and plants, are indispensable. You should check which are the occupational diseases that can occur if they don't follow safety.
such as in textile company you must wear Mask & if you are working in weaving department you must wear ear plug because machine makes heavy noise.
so tell them how useful these Personal Protective Equipments are to their health.
