Hi, I work as HR Executive for an IT firm. They are now looking for expansion, and I have to hire 10 people in 8 days (for the same department, different experience). But the firm would not let me opt for any kind of paid services for recruitment. So I'd like to know what my options are?
I have tried posting in Yahoo Groups and a couple of free job posting sites, but I am not getting the desired outcome.

These days there are lot social media tools are available to post a job and get candidates. You can hire freshers as well as experienced.
You can join relevant groups on Linked In and post job there. Also you can write the same on your wall and request people to like your post so it reaches to maximum people.
You can tweet about your job posting For eg: (#hiring #HR).
You can write on Facebook page also, join relevant groups and start sharing your requirement.
You can use skillpages.com also, you can find talent pool from there.
Apart from that you can request your employees also to give the referrals.
Without job portals and agency, you can use these tools which are practically helpful. Though I have an access to job portal but personally I have used them so suggesting.
