With 8 years of experience , your MBA education will be an add on to your profile.
If you are planning to master HR , XLRI is any day the Mecca for it .
Do you know anyone who have done this course earlier ? If not I can connect.
Take a view to the challenges and the takeaways . The certificate that you will earn will be as good as the learning you implement and understand you gain.
Wish you all the best !

Thanks for your view...but need your suggestion that if I enroll for XLRI Distance Learning MBA Courses will it add any value. I understand that master (full time) from XLRI definitely carries a weight age in the resume but I am planning distance education/ satellite program from XLRI.
Currently I am planning to pursue additional degree program related to HR but thro\' distance learning/ satellite type of program which can add value to my resume and can help me to get a good job placement.
If someone can recommend with some good institute apart from XLRI whose distance learning/ satellite program can add value to my resume.
Look forward for your help.

The XLRI brand of education will get you the interview call. Getting the job is completely dependent on how you display your 8 years of HR experience during the interview, and how relevant you can make it to the organization you are applying with.
All the best. Contact me separately if you wish to know more.
