Am new to this forum.I saw many pupil got answers for their queries.Now am posting my query.I believe i get advise from you which helps me alot.
Am having 1+year exp in HR field as HR executive.Now,i would like to go for SAPHR.I don\'t know anything about that.Pleae advise me how will be future in that module.Also,i want to do P.HD in MBA.Please advise me.

To make career in SAP HCM requires HR Qualification and Strong Domain Experience in HR. The future for SAP HCM/HR is lucrative and even now lot of companies are hiring SAP HR Freshers too. Recently one challenge I see for SAP HR guys is Cloud Solutions taking over good chunk of market share. In that case, your effort to make career in SAP HCM might jeopardise. I wish you best of luck for whatsoever you will finally chose to pursue.
