2 days workshop on " Planning and Organising" for young executives ( less than 35 yrs) need to be conducted in a manufacturing organisation in one unit ( Delhi) of a large Industry spread over India.
There will be 4 sessions ( one and half hour each) each day totaling 8 sessions for 2 days.
