Steps in Employee Background Verification Process

The process of employee background verification may consist of steps as follows:

- Verification of personal details of the new joining employee, such as present/permanent address and education certificates.
- Verification of professional/experience details, such as past work details in various industries.
- Checking both of the above details along with the original documentary proofs as mentioned in his/her joining form and resume by themselves.
- Verification from at least two persons mentioned in the joining form/resume, through any means of communication, whether from the old working colleagues or any family member, to check/cross-check the genuineness of the information declared above and to nullify any fake practices.
