Currently i am running a small scale business related ti injection moulding and cleaning chemicals. Due to the continuous loss and bad debts i want to get a job in HR field. I am MBA (Part time)graduate. I have totally 24 years experience in that 12 years in industries and 12 years in business. Due to my personal grounds now i am want to change my carrier into HR field which is my specialization in MBA. I have the knowledge in Payroll processing, ESI, PF procedures and general administration. I want experts advice for my future career.

By the way, you say that you have been running your own company for the last 12 years. Therefore, will it not be difficult for you to get into employment mode? Have you thought of mental adjustment that you will be required to do?
Business failures are due to poor marketing, inefficient operations, lack of quality orientation and so on. Will it be possible for you to arrange finance and improve your business if not in this field then in some another field? Please think it over.
Your case is quite different from others. Howsoever small entrepreneur may one may be becoming paid employee again is uphill task. When your boss orders you, it will remind you of your past day in and day out.
