I am new to this site and I found a lot of interesting ideas being shared by all of you. I am an HR Professional, having completed my MBA and worked for the past two years. Now, I want to break free and start something of my own. I aspire to have my own firm, not just as a job provider or a CV exchanger, but to do something more engaging. My goal is to help companies grow the HR way through team building and strategic HR practices for long-term benefits. I am seeking advice on how to start, build my organization, and more. If any of you could shed some light on this, I would be truly grateful.
