Am new to this site and i found a lot of interesting ideas being given by all of you. I am an HR Professional having done my MBA and working for the past two years, now i want to break free and do something of my own. I want to have a firm of my own but not as a job provider or an exchanger of CVs. I want to do something more interesting. I want to help companies grow the HR way through team building and strategy building in HR practices for long term benefits. Regarding this, i want to know how do i start off, how to build my org, etc etc. In case any of you are able to throw some light on this, i would be really thankful.
