From my understanding, you can use clips in Hollywood/Bollywood, etc., movies in training, as you are acknowledging the source. Particularly if you are doing this in-house, rather than as a consultant, there is no 'profit' involved, so copyright issues do not emerge. There are, to my knowledge, a number of film clips/films that can be used. My personal favorite is Crimson Tide, on leadership, teamwork, and politics in organizations. It is a Hollywood film. The other film that teaches useful lessons is The Wizard of Oz. If you google Movies in Training, you will get some interesting ideas. I am sure friends out there use other film clips too - I would love to hear from them.
