Has the name of the organization just been changed, or has management also been changed? For the change of the organization's name, do you need to pay gratuity? Before proceeding with this, have you checked the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act? If yes, then please confirm the Section No., Paragraph No., Clause No. that stipulates this payment.

By the way, what about PF and ESI? What changes have you made there for the change of the organization's name?
