Hello All,
I am working with an IT company in Mumbai as Generalist HR and take care of entire gamut of HR in the company.
I have been assigned with a task of buying Diwali gifts for the employees and the budget is Rs.400-500/- per person. Please suggest me with some ideas. Thanks.

Have some ideas , which you can thing of it
1. Electrical rice cooker.
2. Kitchen set (12 Pieces set).
3. Gift voucher card ( from Bank ) of Rs.500/-.
4. Wall clock with company logo (can also mention Happy Diwali).
5. Goddess Laxmi idol – 3D (Good one).
6. Set of three musical Mugs (Big size).
7. One Nice T - Shirt.

You can think of gifting -
1. Crockery items
2. Kitchen items (Pressure Pan, Small rice cooker, Non stick set, Steel dishes etc.)
3. Silver coins for Laxmi pooja (check budget).
4. Watches
5. Electronic items within range.
This could be more useful than gifting dry fruits or sweet items.
