Dear Sir
I want to know that if an employee will resign from his job after continuing completing of 7 years and if proprietor is not paying his gratuity then any legal step has to claim his gratuity.
please help me regarding this matter

Dear Srimanta,
You contact the Controlling authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act in the Labour commissioner's office by filing an application/complaint alongwith proof of yr working in the company. He will call upon the company and initiate proceedings to get yr due gratuity.
