I have been employed with a UAE based firm since Feb'13 and was responsible for setting up their operations in Mumbai.
I am attaching a copy of my employment letter forwarded to me from the UAE office for your reference. I have also not been given any document from the Mumbai office for my employment.
Now, The Managing Director is terminating my services, accusing me of misusing company funds. But, he isn't forthcoming with any proof for the same.
Though i have been told that i will be paid my last month's salary. I want to know, whether there is any legal option i can claim compensation from them???
