Their is an amendment in eligibility the below amendment I found in Rajkumar Hansdah's ,post, I am only updating you. Please check Rajkumar Hansdah's post.
REFERENCE :
THE MATERNITY BENEFIT ACT, 1961
ACT NO. 53 OF 1961 1*
[12th December, 1961.]
Sec. 5 (2) No woman shall be entitled to maternity benefit unless she
has actually worked in an establishment of the employer from whom she
claims maternity benefit, for a period of not less than 1*[eighty
days] in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of her
expected delivery:

Two provisions in the PPT are outd ated Pl correct them.It is on no of days of work for eligibility of MB and on medical bonus.
