My name's Hoa. I am a new member.
I am now HR leader in a Paint company.
I am starting to develop training projects for employees.
However, i have no experience on this kind of Job. No one guides me.
Therefore, Seniors, please kindly help me to proceed this kind of job.
I have just read thru some training topics. However, some comments are too general.
is there any one have some questionaires or question list to regconize TNA in company?
Can you please share for my reference?
