PF amount would be deducted as per Mumbai rate or as per the Vishakapatnam ratio?

Respected Seniors My company is a construction company, our core business are building DAMS,CANALS,METRO and other govt. related project. And our main HO is in Mumbai. Currently we are having our project in Vishakapatnam were 20 people are working, my query is that, the PF amount would be deducted as per Mumbai rate or as per the Vishakapatnam ratio.
Help me out with this query.

Dear Sangita.prasad88,
Furher to my earlier response I would like to tell you that in following cases the rate PF contribution is 10%:
1. Establishments engaged in Jute, Beedi, Brick, Coir - other than spinning and Gaur Gum; &
2. Sick industries with less than 20 employee.
