Hello, I just joined a construction company, situated at Gujarat. I want to know about Leave policy for company. Company want to start leave policy from 1st April 2023.

Hi, I think your company will come under purview of Shops and Establishment Act. So please refer to Gujarat Shops & Establishments Act 1948 and follow leave rules as stipulated by the Act.
