there is nothing to do any thing under w c act except to comply compensation when ever an accident occurs in case esi act is not applicable to your establishment

Thank you all very much for the input. I searched online for places where ESI is not implemented; Coonoor in Nilgiris is mentioned there. We are in Gudalur and Pandalur Taluks of the Nilgiris. Could you please advice me as to where I can find info on whether Gudalur is an included area or not?Once again thanks for the support.
