Consultants or Professionals on Retainer Basis
Consultants or professionals engaged on a retainer basis are independent entities who offer their services on terms and conditions agreed to in a contract signed between the two parties (the Company & the Consultants).
Therefore, there is really no need to frame leave rules or a leave policy for such entities.
