Yes dear I also agree with this, Because this is a standard of calculate salary days. If employee take long leave, so sunday is include in his leave but in case of EL sunday is not include in his leave.

if you have availed any leave on both sides of weekend , obviously the weekends will aslo be added as leave

hello sir,
I spend 15 months one MNC(SEO) company. Last month i resigned this organisation but he did not provide any documents(like work experience and pay slips) this organisation provide only relieving letter and final settlement also he did not provide. This organisation provide only resigned month of 8 working days salary only. I am expecting they provide some settlement amount. because every day i spend minimum half hour extra in my office hours .
I am eligible for the extra amount or not. Please give some needful info.

hi, The salary not counted for 30 days its counted for 26days except weekly off.so if you take long leave the sunday will not count. by williams
