Hello Kumarjitendra@12341,
What is an Experience Letter?
An experience letter is a document given to employees by their employers when leaving the organization. The main purpose of the experience letter is to outline the work performed and the experience gained by the individual during their time at the organization.
Issuing Experience Letters During Probation
If an employee resigns during their probation period, they should still receive the experience letter. No employer has the right to withhold the experience letter.
Key Elements of an Experience Letter
When writing the experience letter, ensure you include the employee's employment information, the number of years they worked for the company, and the personal experiences they gained. In simpler terms, the letter should demonstrate what a positive experience it was to work with the employee and how they contributed to the company's success.
I hope this response is helpful.
